Job Description
As a Compliance Specialist in Worcester, you will be at the forefront of our compliance efforts, ensuring that our practices meet regulatory demands and industry standards whilst fostering a culture of compliance across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Review and update compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Facilitate workshops to enhance compliance awareness.
Collaborate with different departments to promote a compliance culture.
Generate compliance documentation for audits and reviews.
Assist in risk management and mitigation efforts.
Act as the point of contact for compliance-related queries.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
Experience
3+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
