Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee our contracts and agreements in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contract negotiation, management, and compliance, ensuring that our projects are executed in alignment with legal standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyse new contracts and amendments.
  • Liaise with internal departments to streamline contract processes.
  • Prepare timely reports on contract status and compliance.
  • Support audits and compliance checks as required.
  • Advise management on contract-related issues and concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Law or related field
  • Advanced qualifications in Contract Management are preferred
