Job Description

As a Personal Injury Attorney at our firm, you will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence. You will manage cases from start to finish, ensuring that all relevant documentation is prepared and deadlines met. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate the often complex legal landscape of personal injury law.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on their rights and options in personal injury claims.
  • Conduct client interviews to ascertain details of cases and prepare legal strategies.
  • Ensure timely filings of necessary legal documents and adherence to court procedures.
  • Monitor the progress of cases and provide clients with regular updates.
  • Prepare clients for court appearances and depositions.
  • Assess damages and prepare claims for compensation.
  • Review medical records and liaise with medical professionals as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • Completion of law school and passing of the bar exam
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law
