Job Description

As a Legal Advisor at Legal Services Co., you will provide invaluable support to our clients by offering sound legal counsel. You will be instrumental in drafting contracts, ensuring compliance, and guiding clients through complex legal matters in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal obligations and rights, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Involve in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Monitor changes in legislation that may affect the company and clients.
• Provide strategic support for projects to mitigate legal risks.
• Assist in dispute resolution and management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of legal transactions.
• Support the Head of Legal Services in various legal matters and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Master's degree in Law is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate law or legal advisory roles

Certifications

• Member of the Law Society
• CILEx Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice
