Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing compliance strategies across the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring that our policies and procedures adhere to regulatory frameworks while promoting a culture of compliance throughout the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing compliance programs and provide oversight.
  • Engage staff at all levels to promote compliance awareness.
  • Investigate breaches of compliance and enforce disciplinary measures as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify compliance gaps.
  • Conduct training sessions tailored to various functions.
  • Assist the Head of Compliance in strategic planning.
  • Review communication materials to ensure compliance messaging is clear.
  • Support risk assessments and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive compliance framework.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in Compliance is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the compliance field
