Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee contract management processes and ensure compliance within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing contracts across various sectors, ensuring all engagements align with our compliance framework. The role will involve liaising with stakeholders to optimise contract terms and minimize risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead contract negotiations with potential and existing vendors.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Create and update contract templates to align with best practices.
  • Assist in developing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Manage disputes arising from contract interpretations.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Review and ensure contract deadlines are met.
  • Prepare legal reports regarding compliance issues.
  • Advise on the implications of changes to law affecting contracts.
  • Provide insights into contract-related trends and opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Law is an advantage
Experience
  • Proven experience in contract management with a focus on compliance
