Compliance Officer

Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will lead initiatives to ensure our operations comply with all regulatory frameworks in the UK. Your analytical skills will be critical in auditing processes and conducting regular compliance training sessions for staff. You will also liaise with external regulatory bodies to stay updated on compliance trends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and oversee compliance training programs for employees.
• Advise management on compliance issues and risk management.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
• Review and analyse compliance-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Communicate with regulatory bodies and manage compliance relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
