Job Description

As a Legal Assistant in our Blackpool office, you will be involved in various aspects of legal administration, including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and drafting legal documents. Your role will significantly contribute to our mission of providing quality legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Draft legal correspondence and documentation.
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital files.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Coordinate with external parties, including courts and other legal entities.
  • Support compliance initiatives and maintain confidentiality standards.
  • Prepare for meetings by gathering necessary materials and information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Paralegal qualification is an advantage.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal environment
