Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Law Specialist to join our team in Blackpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts.
  • Provide legal advice on contract law and compliance requirements.
  • Manage relationships with clients and external partners regarding contracts.
  • Monitor contract performance and fulfilment of obligations.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure contract adherence.
  • Prepare legal documentation and briefs related to contracts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Legal Practice Course (LPC) or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in contract law or commercial law
