Job Description

We are currently looking for a Legal Billing Analyst to manage the billing processes for our legal department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and is expected to have a detail-oriented mindset along with a solid understanding of legal billing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and send monthly billing reports to clients.
  • Implement automation for recurring billing tasks to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed billing summaries for internal review.
  • Audit invoices for accuracy and compliance with firm guidelines.
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing issues and resolutions.
  • Assist in financial forecasting based on billing trends.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive billing information.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss billing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional qualifications in Finance or Law are preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in legal billing or finance roles
