Job Description

As a Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through complex legal landscapes. Your insights will shape legal strategies, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. We seek a candidate with a deep understanding of corporate and commercial law, ready to support our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on a variety of corporate matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Advise on corporate governance and best practices.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and litigation processes.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support firm initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate legal risks.
  • Provide training and support on legal matters to staff.
  • Keep abreast of legal developments to advise on changes impacting the company.

Requirements

Education
  • Law degree from a recognised university
  • Qualified solicitor or barrister in the UK
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate environment.
