• Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Compile case information and support solicitors during trials.
• Maintain an organised filing system for case documents.
• Conduct background checks and verify facts in legal cases.
• Prepare summaries of case law and recent developments.
• Coordinate with external legal databases and resources.
• Attend client meetings and assist with legal inquiries.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Legal Practice Course (LPC) is advantageous
• Legal Research Proficient in conducting thorough legal research.
• Document Drafting Skilled in drafting various legal documents.
• Case Management Software Familiarity with legal case management software.
• Attention to Detail Meticulous attention to detail in legal documentation.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time Management Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Paralegal Certification
• Member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA)
• English (Fluent)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Experience using Microsoft Office tools for document preparation and management.
• Fluency in another language: Ability to communicate fluently in a second language is a plus.
