Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contracts and Negotiations Professional to join our team. This role focuses on managing and negotiating contracts with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills alongside a robust understanding of contract law.

Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations with vendors and suppliers, ensuring favourable terms.
  • Work with the Legal team to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Develop procurement strategies that align with company goals.
  • Provide expert advice on contract negotiation techniques and management.
  • Track and assess procurement performance against established KPIs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in law or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation and management.
