Job Description

As a Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting our solicitors by managing case files, drafting legal documents, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support solicitors in daily administrative tasks and case management.
  • Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
  • Coordinate client meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively with the legal team to achieve deadlines.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • A Levels or equivalent qualification
  • Qualification in Legal Studies is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 2 years in a legal secretary or administrative role
