Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Southampton team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice on a variety of matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate legal policies and procedures.
• Review and negotiate commercial agreements with clients and vendors.
• Advise on employment law and workplace compliance issues.
• Prepare legal documentation for corporate transactions.
• Assist in the management of intellectual property rights.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate degree in Law (LLM) is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate legal environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Data Protection Regulations: Familiarity with GDPR and data protection legislation is a plus.
