Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Counsel to join our Cambridge office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law and compliance, with a proven track record of providing sound legal guidance to support business objectives. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate terms with external stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor changes in legislation that may impact the business.
• Maintain accurate records of all legal documentation.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on legal compliance and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
• Solicitor or Barrister qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate law
