Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Legal Counsel to join our growing team in Luton. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice, manage corporate compliance, and support our business strategies while mitigating legal risks.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employment law issues and oversee contracts with external partners.
• Assist in risk management and corporate governance matters.
• Review and oversee company policies to ensure compliance with UK laws.
• Participate in strategic planning and provide input on legal impacts of proposed plans.
• Negotiate terms with clients and vendors to protect business interests.
• Assist in the handling of disputes and coordinate with outside counsel as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Law (LLM) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal counsel roles, particularly in corporate law
