Contracts Specialist

Job Description

The Contracts Specialist will oversee the entire contracting process, ensuring compliance with legal standards and negotiating the best terms for our organisation. This role is crucial in supporting Tech Solutions Ltd.'s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements including NDAs and service agreements.
• Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure contracts meet business needs.
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policy and local regulations.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a contract management system.
• Provide training to teams on contracting policies and procedures.
• Handle contract disputes and work towards resolution.
• Monitor compliance and legal trends that may affect contracts.
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align contracting processes.
• Conduct regular audits of contract compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline
• Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a similar role within the technology sector is preferred.
