Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support, ensuring compliance with regulations and offering strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse legal developments affecting the organisation.
• Contribute to the training and development of staff on legal matters.
• Support mergers and acquisitions by providing legal input.
• Develop and maintain legal databases and resources for the team.
• Assist with internal investigations and compliance audits.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on legal issues.

Requirements

Education

• Qualified solicitor or barrister
• Master's degree in Law is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of comprehensive legal experience in a similar role

• Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC)
