Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to join our Nottingham office. The individual will provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and investment transactions. You will work closely with businesses to navigate complex legal landscapes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for corporate agreements and contracts.
• Provide legal advice on corporate finance and investment transactions.
• Prepare legal briefings and presentations for clients.
• Conduct training sessions on corporate legal compliance for clients.
• Guide clients through legal disputes and representation in court if necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Postgraduate diploma in legal practice is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate law setting
