Job Description

As a Policy Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing policies to ensure our compliance with laws and regulations. You will work closely with legal teams and other departments to draft, review, and update policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and possesses a passion for legal compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement tracking systems for policy compliance.
  • Lead regular reviews of compliance policies to ensure they remain relevant.
  • Serve as the point of contact for compliance-related inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing compliance documentation for regulatory authorities.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to enhance compliance knowledge.
  • Contribute to a culture of compliance by promoting awareness and understanding.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or equivalent
  • Legal qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a compliance or legal role
