Join us as a Legal Consultant in Liverpool, where you will leverage your legal expertise to guide clients through complex legal landscapes. Your role will include providing in-depth legal analysis, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments in contract negotiations.
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Review and negotiate contracts with external stakeholders.
• Prepare briefs for court appearances and represent clients as required.
• Assist in the management of litigation cases, including drafting pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients on employment law matters and workplace compliance.
• Facilitate workshops on legal issues relevant to client industry.
• Actively contribute to the firm's knowledge base and legal articles.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Law or related field
• Professional qualifications in legal consultancy is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal consultancy or corporate law.
