Compliance Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to oversee compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role will involve conducting audits, identifying risks, and enhancing our compliance framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Create and update compliance documentation to reflect best practices.
• Coordinate regular reviews of compliance policies with the legal team.
• Respond to compliance inquiries and provide guidance to staff.
• Report compliance metrics and feedback to the Chief Compliance Officer.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related area
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IAPP) are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of compliance experience within a corporate environment
