Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court or during arbitration.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Review and advise on corporate governance matters.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client cases and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister status preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a legal advisory role or related field
