Job Description

As a Legal Counsel at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in providing legal advice to our business units, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and managing risk. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory matters. Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Law is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal practice focusing on corporate law and compliance.
