Job Description

As a Legal Documentation Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the legal team. This position requires attention to detail and a solid understanding of legal terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret legal documentation for compliance.
  • Prepare legal documentation for submission to regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
  • Facilitate communication between legal teams and clients.
  • Train staff on legal documentation procedures and standards.
  • Support the onboarding of new legal staff with documentation processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies
  • Postgraduate diploma in Law is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a legal documentation or paralegal role
