Job Description

We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Bristol office. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate law, able to advise on legal matters, draft contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will collaborate with multiple departments, providing legal insights that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with regulatory filings and ensure timely submissions.
• Develop and maintain legal policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments regarding contractual obligations.
• Support M&A activity by providing legal due diligence.
• Work closely with external legal counsel as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's degree in Corporate Law is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in corporate law or commercial legal advisory role
