Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Title Examiner to join our team. The Title Examiner will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of titles in various documents and contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and knowledge of legal requirements related to titles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough title examinations on various properties.
  • Document findings and provide recommendations to management.
  • Liaise with external parties including solicitors and surveyors.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure a high degree of accuracy in reports.
  • Train junior staff on title examination processes.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy.
  • Utilise title management software for efficient processing of documents.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Professional certification as a Certified Title Professional is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in title inspection or a related role.
