Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Contract Policy Analyst to join our Swindon team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of policies that ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will play a critical part in evaluating contracts, preparing reports, and advising stakeholders on compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on legal frameworks impacting company contracts.
• Liaise with external legal advisors for contract reviews.
• Document compliance processes and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Assist in developing training materials for compliance education.
• Engage with regulatory bodies as necessary to ensure alignment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
• Professional certification in compliance is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or contract management
