We are seeking a dedicated Legal Compliance Specialist to ensure our legal firm operates within regulatory frameworks. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures aimed at reducing compliance risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance workflow while ensuring adherence to all legal standards.
• Draft and update compliance documentation as regulatory requirements change.
• Implement strategies to mitigate compliance risks identified.
• Review and improve existing compliance programs to enhance effectiveness.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all staff understand compliance protocols.
• Report compliance status and issues to the senior management team.
• Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related queries.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field
• Relevant legal qualifications considered advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a compliance role within a legal or corporate environment
