Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Assist in managing relationships with external counsel and vendors.
• Provide training to junior staff on legal procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and document management systems.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Additional qualifications such as the LLM or equivalent are an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a legal role
