Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Counsel who will play a vital role in providing strategic legal advice to our clients. You will be responsible for reviewing and drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and advising on risk management. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to legal problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal opinions for internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with regulators and external bodies on compliance matters.
• Ensure that business practices conform to legal and ethical standards.
• Assist in developing risk management frameworks.

• Manage relationships with external law firms and consultants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Master's degree in Business Law or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law or related field.
