Job Description

Join our reputable firm as a Compliance Officer where you will ensure our adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. Your role will involve the development of compliance strategies, undertaking risk assessments, and liaising with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on operations.
• Conduct audits and compliance reviews across various departments.
• Provide compliance training and support to staff.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management.
• Advise on compliance-related issues and best practices.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators.
• Ensure effective communication of compliance standards throughout the organisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification in compliance (e.g., ICA, ACAMS) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within financial services
