The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to laws and regulations governing our operations, thereby safeguarding our organization from legal risks. This role involves developing compliance policies, conducting internal audits, and providing guidance on legal matters.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with legal standards, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct compliance training sessions for employees.
  • Prepare documentation for regulatory audits and reviews.
  • Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with legal advisors for expert guidance on complex compliance issues.
  • Advise management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Support business units in developing compliance programs.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities.
  • Identify training needs and develop materials to address them.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Additional qualifications in compliance management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a compliance-related role
Technical Skills
  • Contract Review
  • Internal Auditing
Certifications
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
