Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will be pivotal in promoting a culture of compliance across the organisation. Your role will involve assessing and mitigating compliance risks, whilst ensuring all practices align with legal standards and internal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the compliance framework and ensure its effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to departments on compliance matters.
• Participate in compliance audits and inspections.
• Monitor employee adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions to reinforce compliance culture.
• Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to address compliance concerns.
• Document compliance activities and maintain accurate records.
• Create and maintain compliance metrics for reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation for audits.
• Analyse compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Certification in Compliance or Regulatory Affairs is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in compliance management
