Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel in our London office. In this role, you will provide essential legal support, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and managing potential risks associated with business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on legal matters affecting business operations.
• Review and negotiate key contracts and agreements.
• Manage litigation cases and liaise with external lawyers.
• Conduct thorough legal research to inform business strategies.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure legal compliance.
• Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
• Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's degree in Law (LLM) is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as in-house counsel

• CILEx Level 6 in Law
