Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join our Norwich office. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in corporate law and compliance, along with a passion for delivering solid legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess and mitigate legal risks affecting the company.
• Prepare and present legal reports to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on legal matters.
• Negotiate terms of contracts with vendors and partners.
• Maintain records of legal agreements and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification in Law is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in corporate law or regulatory compliance preferred.
