Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on compliance with relevant legislation.
• Review and manage corporate documents to ensure they are legally sound.
• Conduct due diligence on potential partnerships and business opportunities.
• Assist in developing compliance policies and procedures.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary.
• Conduct training sessions on corporate regulatory obligations.
• Oversee the implementation of compliance initiatives.
• Report on compliance issues to senior management.
• Support the resolution of disputes with external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of legal consultations and decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Postgraduate Legal Qualification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate law or legal planning
