We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Paralegal Assistant to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our paralegals, lawyers, and clients, enabling smooth operations within our firm.
Responsibilities
Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and trials.
Research relevant case law and summarise findings.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist in creating and managing case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and objectives.
Prepare reports and legal documentation for review by attorneys.
Assist in client onboarding and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements
Education
Legal Assistant or Paralegal certification
Degree in Law or related field
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal Assistant or in a legal administrative role.
