Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Executive to join our Birmingham team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice in areas such as employment law and personal injury claims. You will collaborate with other legal professionals, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct thorough case reviews and risk assessments to inform legal strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with other legal professionals to share knowledge and insights.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical practice at all times.
  • Participate in training and continuous professional development opportunities.
  • Assist in the mentoring of junior staff and interns.
  • Attend court hearings and represent clients when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Master's degree in Law is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a legal capacity.

Certifications
  • CILEx Level 6 Diploma in Law
  • Solicitor Qualifying Examination (SQE) is preferred
