Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our London team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law and a proven track record in providing sound legal advice to business stakeholders. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on compliance issues, and managing legal risks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the legal aspects of corporate transactions.
• Prepare legal briefs and documentation for court proceedings.
• Advise on risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure legal requirements are met.
• Conduct audits of existing contracts and agreements.

Requirements

Education

• Qualified solicitor or barrister
• Preferably with a master's degree in law

Experience

• 5+ years in a corporate legal role

Certifications

• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions: Hands-on experience advising on M&A transactions.
