Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Snuff Maker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the tobacco industry, as well as the ability to create superior snuff products. This role requires both independent work and collaboration within a skilled team.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain snuff-making machinery and equipment efficiently.
- Measure and blend tobacco ingredients according to recipes and standards.
- Conduct quality control checks during the production process.
- Communicate production issues to the Production Manager and propose solutions.
- Train new staff on machinery operation and safety protocols.
- Assist in developing marketing materials highlighting product features.
- Monitor production output and ensure alignment with quality expectations.
- Initiate innovative processes to improve production efficiency.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in tobacco manufacturing or a similar field
