Job Description

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to our legal team, ensuring smooth operations in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Compile legal documents and evidence for court submissions.
  • Liaise with external agencies and clients as necessary.
  • Prepare trial and hearing binders with relevant materials.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of documents.
  • Assist with client onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Respond to client queries and ensure a high level of service.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive client information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Advanced legal certificate is beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal
