Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Your role will involve conducting audits, implementing risk management strategies, and ensuring that our operations align with the law. You will be a key player in fostering a culture of integrity within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead internal compliance investigations and resolve issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance regulations.
• Advise on the compliance implications of new business initiatives.
• Enhance the compliance training program to improve awareness.
• Support the development of a compliance culture within the organization.
• Work closely with senior management to align business practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programmes.
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance technology solutions.
• Review contractual agreements to ensure compliance requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Law
• Postgraduate qualifications in compliance or risk management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in compliance management

• Compliance Software

Certifications

• Certified Compliance Officer (CCO)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
