Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to oversee our company's adherence to legal standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance and a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations. You will be responsible for conducting compliance audits, developing compliance training programs, and ensuring the implementation of effective compliance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Review and update compliance policies to reflect changes in legislation.
• Collaborate on audit preparations and follow up on action items.
• Create compliance awareness through workshops and informational sessions.
• Develop relationships with legal entities and compliance networks.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management review.
• Assist in the development of risk management strategies.
• Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Compliance
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs

Certifications

• Certified Compliance Professional (CCP)

Languages
