Job Description

We are currently seeking a Corporate Legal Specialist to join our ever-growing team in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate law, with experience in mergers, acquisitions, and compliance regulations. This role will involve providing legal counsel, drafting contracts, and ensuring the firm adheres to all legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support to clients on corporate matters.
• Review and update company policies to ensure compliance.
• Assist with the legal aspects of business operations.
• Conduct risk assessments related to corporate activities.
• Negotiate terms with third-party vendors and clients.
• Ensure proper record-keeping for all corporate transactions.
• Guide internal teams on legal matters and corporate strategy.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication regarding legal obligations.
• Monitor compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure the firm’s interests are protected in all legal dealings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification
• Master's degree (LLM) is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in corporate law or legal practice
