Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Mediator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will facilitate communication and negotiations between disputing parties to help them reach mutually agreeable resolutions. Your experience in conflict resolution will be vital in guiding individuals through the mediation process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct impartial mediation sessions and manage group dynamics.
  • Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.
  • Assist parties in clarifying their interests and needs.
  • Evaluate the mediation process and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Participate in community engagement initiatives to promote mediation services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records and updates of mediation cases.
  • Train new mediators in best practices and techniques.
  • Stay informed on changes in relevant laws impacting mediation.
  • Promote a culture of respect and understanding in mediation sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • Master's degree in Conflict Resolution preferred
