Job Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Legal Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will have experience with the preparation, review, and management of legal documentation, ensuring compliance with the regulations and policies within the legal field.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage legal documents for court proceedings.
  • Review and manage the legal document workflow.
  • Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with external legal consultants on complex cases.
  • Monitor and update legal documentation databases.
  • Assist in training junior staff on documentation processes.
  • Develop templates for commonly used legal documents.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Additional legal qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in legal documentation or administration
