Job Description

We are seeking a Paralegal Specialist to join our dynamic legal team in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles and have experience in supporting attorneys with case preparation, research, and documentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare legal documents such as briefs and contracts under attorney supervision.
  • Conduct research into statutes, case law, and regulations.
  • Assist in the development of case strategies through data collection and analysis.
  • Liaise with clients, witnesses, and experts to coordinate legal matters.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and ethical standards.
  • Assist with billing and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Advanced qualifications in legal studies are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a paralegal role or similar
