Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Legal Claims Specialist to join our team in Blackpool. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of legal claims and a proven track record in the field. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, guiding clients through the claims process, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the validity of claims and determine appropriate legal strategies.
  • Work with clients to gather documentation and evidence needed for claims.
  • Liaise with insurance companies, medical professionals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations affecting claims.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing cases and performance.
  • Write and submit legal proposals and applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the claims process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Qualification in Insurance or Risk Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in claims management or a legal background
